Who we share it with

We share all of the information you enter when making a purchase with Stripe Inc., our payments processor.  We do not store any such information on our servers or other computers.  Please refer to the Stripe Terms of Service Agreement and Privacy Policy regarding the security of the payment information sent to Stripe. Our store platform also shares information with the United States Postal Service and ShipStation for purposes of delivering your purchases.  Here is the ShipStation Privacy Policy.  We utilize the Yelp.com SeatMe platform for reservations and you should consult the Yelp.com Privacy Policy regarding that company’s protection of your personally identifiable information.

We may allow other advisors and consultants, such as attorneys or IT technicians, access to your information in order for them to provide their services.  We may also provide analyses of our users in the aggregate to prospective partners, advertisers and other third parties.  We may also disclose and otherwise use, on an anonymous basis, purchase patterns, commentary, reviews and other non-personal information about customers.

In the event that our company (the "Company") were ever to be acquired, the acquirer would most likely succeed to your information as it is one of the assets of our business.  It may also be necessary for us to release your personal information in response to a subpoena or other legal process or to otherwise comply with law.  In the event of litigation, we also reserve the right to provide information without the necessity of receiving a subpoena.

How we offer our customers a choice

If you do not want the Company to contact you by e-mail, postal mail, fax or telephone, you may opt out by contacting our customer service by e-mail.  Please note that we do not allow our customers to opt out of contact that is required by law.

Security of your information

The Company uses generally accepted security technology to protect our user data. Access to customer information is restricted to authorized personnel only. No method of security is, however, completely effective in this regard.

What about cookies?

At some point, we may utilize cookies in the course of providing our services.  Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we may transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your computer.  Cookies in and of themselves do not personally identify users, although they do identify a user’s computer.  The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.  We may also utilize other tracking technology, such as beacons, tags and scripts to analyze trends, administer the Website, track users’ movements around the Website and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Third parties

We may at some point place links on our Website that access websites owned or controlled by others.  Those who control such websites may harvest your IP address, deposit cookies or use JavaScript, web beacons or other technologies to measure the effectiveness of their advertising or to personalize their advertising content.  The Company has no control over these other websites, and they are not covered by this Privacy Policy.  Please contact the administrators of any such websites with any privacy concerns you might have about them.  This Privacy Policy also applies only to information gathered by the Company, not by Google or any other party.

A Special Note about children’s privacy

You must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use the Website.  We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personally identifiable information about visitors under 13 years of age.  If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age and believe that they have disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact us so that we may delete the child’s information.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident and would like a copy of our notice describing what categories of personal information we share with third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of the third parties and affiliates that received your information in the past year, please submit a written request to ___________________ _________________________, specifying that you want a copy of our “California Privacy Rights Notice”.  Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your request.  You may submit such a request once per year.
